Opening and reorder minimum is $150.00, excluding shipping. Items must be ordered in the minimum increments shown per style. We do our best to ensure prices shown are correct as of the time viewed, but we’re not perfect. If there is a price discrepency between what is shown and what you are charged, we will notify you before shipping your order. All prices shown on this website are in US dollars. Backorders will ship at our discretion when the goods arrive in stock unless you have specified a backorder preference. By default all customers agree to accept backorders. There is a minimum $6.00 shipping/handling charge for all backorders unless shipped on a collect FedEx/UPS account
Payment Terms
Opening orders must be prepaid on credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment must be received on or before the specified due date in order for an account to be in good standing.
Past due accounts will be contacted and, after reasonable efforts have been exhausted, forwarded to a Collections Agency. You will be responsible for any and all collec¬tion and legal fees. Interest may apply on overdue balances. Accounts with past due balances will not receive any new shipments until overdue balances are cleared.
You can apply for terms by completing our Credit Application Form. You can request this form by contacting our accounts receivable department or speaking with your sales representa¬tive. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credit approval. You must place a minimum of 2 orders per calendar year and be in good standing to retain net terms.
Shipping Errors
Orders will ship on an as-ready basis unless otherwise specified. We only ship to the 48 continental states and Canada. Canadian customers are shipped to on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on the season (you can ask us for a schedule). All Canadian customers are charged in US dollars. We take care of all duty/brokerage/customs charges for Canadian orders.
Please carefully inspect your order right away as claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be accepted. Claims submitted after the 48 hour time period are subject to Wild Eye Designs approval. If you have received damaged items or an incorrect shipment, please complete and submit the Claims Request Form located on the back of your packing slip. If you did not receive one, you can contact us to request a copy of this form. We will process your request within 48 hours and do our best to rectify the situation. Retain a copy of your claims request for your records, and hold any product in question for 1 week as a call tag may be issued.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted and no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
