ORDER POLICIES

• Opening and reorder minimum is $150.00, excluding shipping.
• Items must be ordered in the increments shown per style. We will automatically round up any quantities to the nearest correct increment.
• Customers and sales representatives must provide full contact and payment information to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or mistakes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
• Orders requesting “ship complete” will ship as complete as possible. We will try our best, but we can’t always guarantee it.
• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold stock, if required.
• We will ask you for permission before shipping a backorder under $75.00. If you indicate a preference on your initial order, we will honor it.
• If you have any ship or delivery date requirements, please let us know when placing the order so that we can work with you to achieve your goals.
• A minimum shipping charge applies to all backorders.
• Merchandisers are sold as is and no substitutions can be made.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer the following terms:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Prepaid check
• Net 30 Terms (only to those who qualify)
• All customers must prepay their first two orders with us. Net terms are not available for your first order.
• For net terms, customers must send their credit references and allow 7-10 business days to in order for us to assess your eligibility for terms and, if approved, your credit limit. Your account must remain active to retain net terms or your account terms will revert to “Prepaid” after one year since your last order.
• Deposits may be required for large orders, or future-ship orders that require us to reserve stock for you.
• New orders will not be shipped for accounts more than 14 days past due or those who have exceeded their credit limit as set forth by Wild Eye Designs.
• All prices are in US dollars and only payment in US funds will be accepted.
• There is a $50.00 administrative charge for NSF checks.

SHIPPING

• We ship from Buffalo, NY, USA to all areas within the United States and Canada. If you are an international customer, please contact us.
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories will generally ship via USPS.
• Canadian customers are shipped to on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on the season (you can ask us for a schedule) – FOB Mississauga, Ontario. All Canadian customers are charged in US dollars. We take care of all duty/brokerage/customs charges for Canadian orders.
• Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Rates vary depending on location and selected shipping service.
• Freight caps will be honored only for ground shipments within the USA and Canada (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland & Labrador)
• We normally ship UPS Ground, however we can arrange virtually any shipping option you want. Let us know your needs and we will work with you.
• Our warehouse processes orders on a first-come, first-filled basis. Order processing times vary according to order size, warehouse volume and customer requirements. Orders can sometimes be rushed for an additional fee. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Please carefully inspect your order right away for any possible issues as claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Most of our items are hand-crafted and therefore finishes, tones and actual sizes may vary slightly. We do not issue claims for minor quality issues related to this.
• All sales are final, however we may issue credits on file for damages. Replacements are only available to be sent if you have no resalable units after deducting the damaged items.
• Call tags may be issued, please hold on to the merchandise until you hear back from us regarding your claim. We love pictures!
• Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with the remainder as a credit on file.
