How The Program Works:
• Let us know you wish to participate in the Q4 Booking Program and we’ll get you set up.
• Confirm your order by June 15th, 2015. Orders can be submitted earlier but changes can only be made up to June 1st. Any orders placed by phone will need to be confirmed by email.
• Provide a credit card to keep on file, or a post-dated check for full order amount.
• Orders can ship between September 2, 2015 and November 15, 2015.
Rules & Regulations:
• Minimum order amount to qualify is $1,000 USD before shipping charges and discounts.
• You must be approved for net terms, be in good standing and have at least $1,000 in available credit with us to qualify for our Booking Program.
• You can submit, change or add to your order up until 11:59 PM May 29, 2014. Acceptance of any changes or additions after this date is subject to our discretion.
• Your items will ship as soon as available from the start-ship date. Backorders must be accepted, however we will honor the freight cap with no minimum shipping charges. We will try to consolidate your order into as few shipments as possible.
• We will do our best to deliver all product in full and on time, however we cannot make any promises or guarantees due to unforeseen events. You will only be charged for what ships.
• Any special shipping instructions must be noted when placing the order. We will do our best to meet your needs. We reserve the right to deliver some orders via truck if we deem it more efficient.
• Booking Program cannot be combined with other offers.
